Mitchell River: Estuary Perch are active around Wy Yung bridge and also between Shadoof Lodge and “The Barrier”. Diving hard bodied lures are picking up fish. Bream are around The Bluff, taking spider crab and prawn.

Tambo River:Howlettts Flat has good size Bream being caught on prawn and mussel.

Hollands Landing: Tom’s Creek is good for Bream, using spider crab and prawn.

Marlo: Extra water coming down the Snowy has made it muddy and made fishing slow. However, Flathead and Mullet are taking soft plastics, prawn and sandworm. Offshore, “Gummies” King Fish and Marlin are “on the go”.

Tamboon Inlet: Bream and Mullet have been landed around Eagons Bank, on shrimp, prawn and sandworm.

Bemm River: Flathead are around the edges of the lake with soft plastics and local prawn taking fish. Plenty of Bream are still around. Hard bodied lures and sandworm are best bait.

Mallacoota: Plenty of Flathead are in the Bottom Lake. Soft plastics and live bait are getting best results. The Top Lake has Bream biting on yabbies and shrimp. Captains Point has a few Luderick.

Omeo High Country: Trout are on the move in the Mitta Mitta and Gibbo Rivers. Worms, crickets and “hoppers” are best bait.
