February 19 to 21, 2016 is the 21st Bruthen Blues Festival weekend.
The weekend kicks off on Friday evening, Feb 19, at the Bruthen inn Hotel from 7:30pm for the opening and a Jam competition.
Saturday, Feb 20 starts the Free Outdoor Music Stage from 11am right through till 5pm. Artists performing will be Brody Young, Tony J King, Miss Whiskey, Wilson and White, Robin Johnson and Amnesia Blues Band.
Dan Dinnen, Warwick Dean, Wilson and White and The Blue Lizards will be playing at the Blues Cafe (Bruthen Mechanics Hall) from 6:30pm onwards.
Big Blues Bash: Bruthen Inn Hotel from 7:30pm till late - Matt Borg Trio, Safari Motel, Blue Eyes Cry and Mike Elrington Band.
Sunday, Feb 21 sees the Free Outdoor Music Stage running from 10:30am till 2pm with the East Gippsland Brass band. At 12pm is the annual Duck Race on the Tambo River and Joshua Novak playing at the Bullant Brewery at 2pm.
From 1pm at the Bruthen Inn Hotel more music will be thumping with Jed Rowe, Mike Elrington and Rod McLeod, Justin Yap Band, John Luke Shelley and High Speed Steel.
It's a great family weekend, with market stalls on the street, music and lots of food and drink available.
